If you break out in cold sweat or even feel the butterflies when you think about standing in front of others while presentation or the interview, friends you are not alone. There are many sitting in the crowed who are victim of the same fear.


Surely, my secrets will help you speak confidently on the stage.

1.           Get the audience laughing:
Opening with joke always lightens the mood of your audience and makes you relaxed. Having smile on your face is like adding cherry to the cake. 
2.           Admit nervousness:
Don’t immediately start presenting on the stage. Take a short pause, look at your audience, get yourself accustom to their eyes.
Admit that you are nervous speaking to your audience. Doing this will make your audience more forgiving if your nervousness shows up later on. Moreover, you would feel relaxed. As they are not expecting ‘World Class presentation’ from you.
3.           Make mistake intentionally:
Sometimes making mistakes intentionally helps you, after making any mistake you can immediately say that see am very nervous that am making mistake, your audience will definitely smile or laugh at you and won’t really think of your mistake.
4.           Focus on people nodding:
There is time when your audience may be disinterested in your presentation. You will surely get nervous at this. But there is a way out to this, find out those from the crowed who are still listening and nodding their head. These people are agreeing you, Give them your full attention. Surely this will help.
5.           Express your emotions:
Your emotion is the connectivity between you and your audience. You need to be very expressive. Often presenters lose their control if audience are not interested. Don’t do that.
6.           Use visual-aid:
Your presentation can include topic related videos, music, statistics or any such live examples that your audience can get real picture about the topic of presentation.
7.           Interact with your audience:
Time to time in between your presentation, interact with your audience for a short while may be just by asking questions or clearing their doubts. This will make audience awake and they will find things interesting. You should also go for the query session after your presentation.
8.           List your difficult words:
Make list of difficult words, that you are not comfortable with either you go for synonyms of it or practice well. Check out their proper pronunciation.
9.           Motivate yourself:
Always motivate yourself, that can only boost up our confidence. Assume that your audience are not knowing about your topic. You need to tell them what it is.
10.      Practice makes you perfect:
The most important secret is Practice, until n unless you won’t practice, all the above mentioned stuffs won’t help you much.
